Profile of the Founders

Labhesh Patel, Co-founder

Mr. Labhesh Patel co-founded JinglePal LLC that provides IP Consulting Services under the umbrella of Thought Nucleus. He is the CEO and co-founder of CoreIntent, Inc. - a company that has created a novel technology to automate source code conversion and currently offers a service for conversion from J2ME to BREW. He is a veteran of the telephony industry with more than 15 granted patents and over 125 patents pending at the US Patents and Trademark Office. Prior to CoreIntent, he worked at Cisco systems, Inc. where his primary responsibility was creating intellectual property in the field of unified communications and related areas.

 

Mr. Patel received his MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, USA and B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India. Prior to his graduate studies, Mr. Patel worked for Schlumberger and Marubeni corporations. He was the CEO of Cellknight that he had co-founded with Dr. Kumar.

Sanjeev Kumar, PhD. Co-founder

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar is a co-founder of JinglePal. He has extensive experience in unified communications, mobile applications, human computer interaction, programming languages, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing. He is one of the co-founders of CoreIntent, Inc. along with Mr. Patel. Before CoreIntent, he had co-founded cellknight.com - an alerting service for the US cellphone consumers.

 

Dr. Kumar received his M.S. and PhD in Computer Science from OHSU, USA and B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India. Dr. Kumar has received several awards including the academic proficiency prize for the best undergraduate project at IIT Kanpur. He has worked as a staff scientist at the Center for Human-Computer Communication at OHSU. Prior to graduate studies, he worked for Infosys Technologies, Bangalore, India. More recently, he worked for over 3 years in the Voice Technology Group at Cisco Systems, Inc.

 

Dr. Kumar has more than 45 patents pending at the US Patent and Trademark Office and he has published more than a dozen scientific papers in peer-reviewed international conferences and journals.
